In the early 1980s, after growing up in Israel, Eli Cohen arrived in America with a passion for
technology and a degree in
Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University. Driven by a strong work ethic and a vision for the
future of security, he began
working in the industry, learning every facet of the low-voltage world from the ground up.
In 1995, Eli founded CITIALARM — a company built on the
simple idea that excellent service, honest work, and personal relationships form the backbone of trust.
Through word-of-mouth, referrals, and a relentless dedication to doing the job right, CITIALARM
quickly expanded across Manhattan, Long Island, New Jersey,
Connecticut, and the greater New York region.
Today, we proudly continue that tradition — still a small, family-run business, still focused on
delivering smart, reliable security solutions, and still working hand-in-hand with every client to
